At AIAKART, we sell digital products such as source code, AIA/Kodular files, app files, Pine Script/TradingView scripts, and other digital tools.
Because our products are digital and delivered by email after payment verification, refunds are limited.
Digital Product Refund Rule
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we normally do not offer refunds. This is because digital files cannot be returned like physical products.
Refund May Be Considered In These Cases
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- You paid twice for the same order by mistake.
- You received the wrong product file.
- The delivered file is corrupted or not opening, and we are unable to replace/fix it.
- Payment was deducted but order was not created, and the payment is verified.
No Refund In These Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You bought the wrong product without reading the details.
- You do not have the required software/tools to use the file.
- You modified the file and it stopped working.
- You expected extra customization that was not mentioned in the product details.
- You shared, resold, or leaked the product file.
Replacement / Support
If there is any issue with the delivered file, we will first try to provide support, replacement, or guidance.
Refund Request Time
You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for any refund or replacement request.
